This complete infrastructure has high uptime requirements to support our critical trading operations.\nJob Description:\nAs an IT Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the core IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems run smoothly and are consistently optimized. This role requires a mix of technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot a range of hardware, network, and software issues. You will work closely with both the Technical and Operations teams to provide support, implement solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our IT operations. If the following resonates with you, we would love to welcome you to our team.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMonitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and databases\nOversee the full system lifecycle, including provisioning, installation, configuration, asset management, monitoring, maintenance, and decommissioning of various systems\nWork with vendors to procure and deploy new hardware\nRespond to issues and requests from the Operations and Technical teams\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or a related role\nStrong knowledge of networking protocols and tools (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)\nFamiliarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)\nExceptional capability debugging and solving complex issues related to both hardware, low level software, and networking\nKnowledge of network architecture\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to respond to occasional off-hour emergencies\nPlease Apply If:\nYou excel at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network layers\nYou enjoy learning and working with new technologies and platforms\nYou have experience with command-line tools for troubleshooting and system management (e.g., Bash, PowerShell)\nYou feel at home scripting and automating tasks\nYou understand and can configure networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)\nYou are skilled in creating backup solutions and disaster recovery plans, and you regularly test recovery processes to ensure reliability\nPlease note: The use of AI tools during applications, assessments, and interviews is strictly prohibited.
