You will work alongside our Retail & Consumer leadership, shaping how Quantium approaches the market with AI-led solutions. This role turns our internal transformation thinking into client-ready strategy: go-to-market propositions, decision-ready recommendations and the packaged materials that bring them to life. You will also work closely with our global strategy teams, with a remit that covers Retail and Consumer in the UK and works across verticals as needed.\nHow will you make an impact?\nStrategic problem solving: Frame complex commercial challenges and develop clear, decision-ready recommendations for the UK business\nGo-to-market strategy: Build Quantium's client-facing AI proposition for retail and consumer clients, translating internal work into compelling client materials\nPartnership and alignment: Work with UK leaders and global strategy teams to align approaches where it adds value, and tailor them where the UK market needs something different\nClient-ready execution: Support large, high-profile client opportunities, including RFPs and redesign processes, from behind the scenes\nThe superpowers you'll be bringing to the team\nConsulting strategy background: Experience in strategy consulting, or in a strategy house, with the frameworks and toolkit that come with it\nSharp problem solving: A structured, curious approach to ambiguous problems, with the ability to get to the heart of an issue quickly\nCommercial thinking: An understanding of how analytics and AI create value for clients\nCommunication: The ability to distil complex ideas into clear, persuasive recommendations for senior audiences\nRetail or consumer exposure: Useful, though not essential.
