Quantium partners with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world.\nHow will you make an impact?\nTechnical design and architecture of fullstack solutions, ensuring scalability, performanceand security across both frontend and backend systems.\n\nDrive engineering excellence across the team by establishing and championing coding standards,design patterns and best practices.\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering growth and capabilitydevelopment aligned with the Quantium engineering capability framework.\n\nCollaborate with product managers, delivery managers and stakeholders to translate businessrequirements into well-architected technical solutions.\n\nLead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews and design forums for major features andsystem components.\n\nOwn and drive the engineering roadmap for assigned products and services, balancing technicaldebt reduction with feature development.\n\nDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust deployment practices and operationalreliability.\n\nLead incident response, conduct post-mortems and implement systemic improvements to preventrecurrence.\n\nDrive adoption of cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices across the team.Contribute to cross-team technical initiatives, knowledge sharing and the broader Quantium\nengineering community.\n\nActively take part and contribute in scrum meetings to partner with all team members including theproduct and delivery managers.\n\nThe superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:\nCore Experience\nEngineering degree - B.E / M.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics andCommunications, or equivalent with 10+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a\ntechnical leadership role.\n\nProven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-grade fullstack applications across bothfrontend and backend\n\nExperience with engineering enterprise-grade applications in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET,C#, ASP.NET Core) - on-premise or on-cloud\n\nVery good experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving complex web applications involvingcomplicated technology stacks.\n\nExperience in having technical accountability for managing multiple applications simultaneously andleading a team of around five to eight engineers.\n\nASP.NET Core - MVC, Razor Pages; Angular, React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, JS-based buildtools, LESS/SASS.\n\n.NET, .NET Core, C#, API design and development, RESTful services; SQL, NoSQL - strong inhigh-volume CRUD concepts.\n\nSolid knowledge of common identity, access and security technologies that cross-cut theapplication.\n\nKnowledge of cloud technologies - Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services; containerisation andKubernetes.\n\nStrong and deep knowledge of DVCS like Git; experience working in Agile teams that practiseCI/CD.\n\nDeep understanding of design patterns, data structures and algorithms; very strong in designphilosophies and principles - OOP, SOLID, REST\n\nExcellent vocal and written communication skills to deal with team members and stakeholders.\nExhibits excellent judgement, strikes the right balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution.\nOwns end to end, results oriented, pushes for high standards and has a gets-done mindset.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor, coach and develop junior and mid-level engineers.\nExperience with system design for scalability, reliability and performance optimisation. - remove the bullet point symbol alone.\n\nWhat could your Quantium Experience look like?\nWorking at Quantium will allow you to challenge your imagination.
