As Lead TA Partner, Engineering, you will own end-to-end talent acquisition for Quantium's Engineering vertical - one of our most critical and fast-moving capability areas. Partnering closely with the CTO and senior tech leaders, you will act as a true strategic TA partner: bringing market intelligence, process excellence and commercial rigour to every hire. You will also lead a small team of technical recruiters.

We operate within a structured hybrid model - with three set days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

How will you make an impact?

This is a role for someone who thrives on the full spectrum of recruitment - from rolling up their sleeves on complex technical searches to shaping hiring strategy with senior leaders. You will own the requisition pipeline across Engineering, managing roles at all levels, and you will be accountable for the quality, pace, and experience of every hire you make.

You will partner directly with the CTO, bringing insight on talent market dynamics, competitor movement, and candidate motivations that inform how Quantium attracts and secures the best technical minds. Beyond individual roles, you will build proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, contribute to employer brand initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in Quantium's recruitment processes and tools.

People leadership is a genuine part of this role. You will manage, coach, and develop a small team of technical recruiters - setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating the conditions for them to do their best work.

• Seasoned tech recruiter: Deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment across engineering disciplines, with a strong track record in competitive markets
• Strategic TA partner: Proven experience operating as a trusted business partner to senior and executive stakeholders, with the gravitas to influence at C-level
• People leader: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members, with clear direction, coaching, and a high-performance mindset
• Sourcing powerhouse: Strong capability in targeted headhunting and proactive pipeline development across technical talent pools
• AI-curious: Familiarity with how AI tools and platforms are reshaping recruitment - and an appetite to use them to work smarter and faster, while never losing sight of the human relationships and judgement at the core of great hiring
