We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.\nThe Role\nOur Affiliate team is growing and we're looking for an Affiliate Account Executive to join us in London.\nIn this role you will support the day-to-day management, activation, and optimisation of affiliate publishers across the Quantum Network. You will work closely with our Affiliate, Marketing, and Data teams to help drive performance across our core markets, while building strong commercial, analytical, and relationship management skills along the way.\nYou will develop a solid understanding of Quantum's business model, performance metrics, publisher ecosystem, and the markets we operate in, ensuring your work aligns with our broader strategic priorities and growth initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupporting the day-to-day management and optimisation of affiliate publishers across the Quantum Network\n\nMonitoring publisher performance against key metrics including lead volume, CPL, conversion rate, and Gross Profit\n\nHelping identify performance risks, opportunities, and optimisation areas across publisher activity\n\nContributing to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with clear updates and escalation where needed\n\nSupporting outreach to new, warm, and dormant publishers using agreed scripts and playbooks\n\nAssisting with onboarding new partners, campaign launches, and early-stage activation\n\nMaintaining clean and accurate partner data across internal systems, dashboards, and trackers\n\nSupporting campaign setup, tracking checks, operational QA, and issue resolution where required\n\nCollaborating closely with Affiliate, Marketing, Creative, Paid Media, and Data teams to support launches, testing, and optimisation initiatives\n\nContributing to team discussions around prioritisation, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives\n\nAbout You\n1-2 years experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, account management, sales, or a commercial graduate role\n\nComfortable working with data and numbers with a strong eye for detail\n\nOrganised, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once\n\nCurious and eager to develop commercial, optimisation, and relationship management skills\n\nA confident communicator who can engage comfortably with internal and external stakeholders\n\nPositive, proactive, and collaborative in how you work\n\nComfortable in a fast paced and ever changing environment\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nA genuine desire to learn, grow, and lift others around you\n\nWhat You’ll Get\nPrivate Health Care (Bupa)\n\nHybrid Working (3 days in office)\n\nTravel Insurance\n\nCompetitive Base Salary\n\nCompany Bonus Scheme\n\nPaid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)\n\nMarket-Leading Training Programme\n\nRecognition & Reward Scheme\n\nAnnual Company Conference\n\nRegular Happy Hours & Team Lunches\n\nFree Coffee, Drinks & Snacks\n\nWhat’s the next step?\n Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
