Responsibilities\nDevelop new business opportunities and achieve sales & gross margin targets.\nBuild and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors.\nPromote Integrated Security System and related solutions.\nIdentify projects early and engage consultants during the design/specification stage.\nReview tender specifications, drawings, BOQ and requirements, and coordinate with internal technical teams and suppliers to prepare compliant and competitive solutions.\nPrepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, compliance schedules and proposals.\nAttend tender interviews, technical presentations, clarification meetings and commercial negotiations when required.\nMaintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular customer/project follow-up.\nMonitor market trends, competitors and new project opportunities.\nKey Requirements\nDiploma/Degree in Engineering, M&E or equivalent.\nMinimum 3–5 years' relevant experience in Security/ELV system sales, tendering or system integration. \nGood technical understanding of Integrated Security/ELV systems, particularly CCTV/VMS, Access Control, Intrusion Detection and system integration.\nFamiliar with Singapore M&E construction tender processes, consultant specifications, tender drawings, BOQ and compliance submissions.\nExisting relationships with consultants, contractors and developers are an advantage.\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.\nGood technical and commercial understanding.\nTask-oriented, proactive and results-driven.\nStrong sense of ownership, urgency and follow-through.\nAble to manage multiple projects and tight tender deadlines.\nHighly responsive to customers, consultants and suppliers.\nFlexible and committed when business-critical matters arise, particularly during tender submissions, negotiations and project-critical periods.\nOutgoing, professional, pleasant and a good
