Engineering Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 full-stack engineers, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Actively contribute to the codebase across frontend and backend components.
• Quantum Capital Group.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable full-stack applications.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive technical innovation and adopt modern frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery management.
• Maintain responsibility for technical quality and timely delivery of digital solutions.

Requirements:

• 9+years of professional software engineering experience, with recent experience in leading small engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in both frontend (React, Angular, or similar) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) technologies.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
