Our busy client is seeking a Data Coordinator to support their team.Key Responsibilities: - Review and process member/employer record updates- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procedures, regulations, and by-laws- Analyze Excel files and Power BI dashboards to identify data issues- Support portal monitoring, testing, and collaborate with IT as needed- Maintain procedures and meet SLA targets- Communicate professionally with members via email and phone Qualifications: - Post-secondary education preferred- 2–3 years’ experience in a professional environment (regulatory, association, or not-for-profit experience an asset)- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel required); Power BI experience preferred- Experience with Salesforce or membership database systems an asset- Excellent attention to detail, and time management skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively If you’re organized, proact
