The role engages in requirements elicitation, design, and iterative prototyping, utilizing various visualization and database platforms to deliver secure, dependable data solutions.\nLocation: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility or may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America.\nWhat you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)\nRequirements Gathering and Communication\nEngage and partner with internal stakeholders and project managers to elicit and document functional and technical requirements\n\nProvide recommendations where requirements aren’t clearly defined/known\n\nDesign & Development\nUtilize various approaches and technologies to gather and prepare data including query development (SQL Server, Snowflake)\n\nPerform Data analysis and design reports, dashboards and visualizations that will enforce data quality rules and initiatives\n\nConduct audits, validate data, and resolve discrepancies to maintain high-quality data standards\n\nExtract insights from the vast amount of collected data through statistical and analytical techniques that detect patterns and trends\n\nEstablishing KPIs to measure the completeness, validity and timeliness of data submitted by outside sources\n\nInvestigate and resolve data quality issues, such as cleaning up inaccurate data\n\nFine-tune AI/ML/LLM models, building RAG systems, prompt engineering, data preparation, and implementing safety measures (hallucination management).\n\nDevelop AI assistants, chatbots, and automate tasks related to Data Quality efforts.\n\nTesting\nPerform rigorous unit testing and coordinate UAT where applicable to help ensure quality data products are delivered\n\nDeployment and Support\nPartner with development operations to deploy data integrity solutions that will maintain the highest quality data used by our external clients\n\nDevelop end user and/or technical documentation/training materials/team cross-training\n\nAll other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat you’ll bring (Qualifications)\nEducation:Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience (advanced degree in healthcare, analytics, statistics, finance or related field preferred)\n\nExperience:3+ years of advanced health care data analytics & statistical modeling experience\n\n5+ years in employer benefits or healthcare analytics field\n\nAbility to understand and manipulate data into usable, actionable information with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail\n\nAbility to design, train, and deploy machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) into production, combining software engineering with AI expertise\n\nExpert with SQL or similar relational databases\n\nExperience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python) is strongly preferred\n\nStrong written and oral communication skills\n\nProtect and take care of our company and member’s data every day by committing
