This role translates complex healthcare data into actionable insights, scalable reporting, and data products that clearly articulate ROI, cost savings, and outcomes.\nSitting at the intersection of product management, healthcare economics, and advanced analytics, this leader ensures analytics products enable clients to see the impact of our services through scalable, accurate, and compelling insights.\nThe ideal candidate brings a true product mindset, paired with deep healthcare domain expertise, high data fluency, and a proven ability to connect analytics to meaningful financial and operational impact for both clients and the business.\nLocation: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus or may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America.\nWhat you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)\nAnalytics Product Strategy & Execution\nOwn and deliver the Analytics Product roadmap, including dashboards, reporting platforms, and scalable data products.\nTranslate client, market, and business needs into productized analytics solutions (not ad hoc reporting).\nDefine product requirements across KPIs, data models, and user experience.\nBalance near-term delivery with long-term product scalability and platform strategy.\nEnsure consistent, high-quality, and timely delivery of analytics capabilities.\nValue Demonstration & Healthcare ROI\nDesign products that clearly articulate ROI, outcomes, and cost savings. Translate into actionable insights and decision-support tools.\nPartner with commercial and client teams to align on value narratives.\nEnsure analytics directly support client retention and growth.\nLead development of analytics supporting:Population health management\nCare gap identification and closure\nProvider performance and benchmarking\n\nIncorporate key healthcare economic concepts, including:Risk adjustment (e.g., HCC)\nCare gap identification and closure\nProvider performance and benchmarking\nPMPM cost analysis\n\nData, Platform & Cross-Functional Alignment\nPartner closely with Data Engineering (data models, pipelines, platforms).\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, scalability, and governance.\nDrive adoption of standardized metrics, definitions, and data layers.\nCollaborate with data science and engineering to operationalize advanced analytics.\nAlign analytics products with enterprise data strategy.\nTeam Leadership & Delivery Excellence\nLead and develop a team of Analytics Product Owners.\nDrive backlog discipline, prioritization, and execution rigor.\nInstill a product mindset focused on user value, adoption, and outcomes.\nEnsure alignment between team output and strategic priorities.\nPerformance, Adoption & Insights Enablement\nDefine and track KPIs tied to:Client outcomes (financial and clinical)\nProduct adoption and engagement\nTime-to-insight and decision-making effectiveness\n\nEnable self-service analytics while maintaining governance and data integrity.\nTranslate complex analytics into clear, compelling business narratives.\nDrive continuous improvement of insights and user experience.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nWhat you’ll bring (Qualifications)\n Experience: 8-12+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on data and analytics products.\nProven ability to build and scale analytics products (not just reporting) that drive measurable business outcomes.\nDeep experience in healthcare analytics, including payer, provider, or healthcare technology environments.\nStrong understanding of:Value-Based Care (VBC) models\nHealthcare economics and cost drivers\nClaims, clinical, and provider data\n\nExperience designing and delivering client-facing analytics products that demonstrate ROI.\nStrong data fluency, including:KPI design and metric standardization\nData modeling concepts and analytics workflows\nBI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)\n\nDemonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with data engineering, data science, finance, and business stakeholders.\nA high degree of personal accountability and trustworthiness, a commitment to working within Quantum Health’s policies, values and ethics, and protecting the sensitive data entrusted to us.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with risk adjustment models (e.g., HCC) and actuarial methodologies.\nBackground in population health or care management analytics platforms.\nExperience with SaaS or
