We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team in London.\nIn this role you will be the dedicated people partner to our Tech team. You’ll resolve people issues early and fairly, coach managers to lead well and build the career, capability and culture work that helps a fast-growing team perform.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner the CTO and Tech leadership on every people matter, from performance and conflict to restructures and growth\n\nHandle employee relations and performance cases end to end, resolving them early, fairly and in line with UK employment law\n\nBuild and run a culture and development plan for Tech, covering career pathways, manager capability and team health\n\nOnboard and support new Tech Directors on the people side of their roles, so they can focus on delivery\n\nUse people data, from engagement and attrition to time to resolution, to spot issues early and show the impact of what we do\n\nAbout You\nProven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting engineering, data or product teams in a scale-up\n\nConfident handling complex employee relations and performance cases, with sound knowledge of UK employment law\n\nExperience designing and landing career frameworks, manager development or similar programmes\n\nComfortable challenging and coaching senior technical leaders, and trusted by the people they lead\n\nCIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experience\n\nYou thrive when working as part of a team\n\nComfortable in a fast-paced environment\n\nHave excellent written and verbal English skills\n\nLast but not least, you’ll have no ego!\n\nWhat You’ll Get\nPrivate Health Care (Bupa)\n\nHybrid Working (3 days in office)\n\nTravel Insurance\n\nCompetitive Base Salary\n\nCompany Bonus Scheme\n\nPaid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)\n\nMarket-Leading Training Programme\n\nRecognition & Reward Scheme\n\nAnnual Company Conference\n\nRegular Happy Hours & Team Lunches\n\nFree Coffee, Drinks & Snacks\n\nWhat’s the next step?\n Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
