You’ll oversee safety performance, compliance, risk management, and safety personnel while partnering with project leadership to maintain a strong safety culture across multiple jobsites.\nProjects You’ll Support\nData centers and mission-critical facilities\nSemiconductor facilities\nAdvanced manufacturing\nIndustrial and large-scale commercial projects\nComplex mechanical construction and installation\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\nLead regional safety programs, policies, and initiatives\nOversee Safety Supervisors and Safety Coordinators across the region\nConduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments\nMonitor high-risk activities and ensure appropriate safety planning\nLead and oversee significant incident investigations and corrective actions\nEnsure OSHA, ANSI, company, and project safety requirements are met\nCoordinate safety training, orientations, and emergency preparedness\nMonitor regional safety performance, trends, and compliance\nPartner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership\nTrack corrective actions and address recurring or significant safety concerns\nProvide safety performance updates and recommendations to the Director of Safety\nExercise Stop Work authority when serious safety risks are identified\nDrive continuous improvement across regional safety operations\nWhat You’ll Bring\n7+ years of construction, industrial, or environmental health and safety experience\n3+ years of safety leadership or regional management experience\nExperience supervising, mentoring, and developing safety professionals\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction required\nCSHO, CSP, ASP, CHST, OSHA 500, or comparable credentials preferred\nStrong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and construction safety requirements\nExperience with safety audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions\nStrong understanding of high-risk construction activities\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to analyze safety trends and drive measurable improvements\nBachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred\nAbility and willingness to travel
