Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients, this role helps keep projects organized, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards.\nOur projects include data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, and other mission-critical environments.\nWhy Join Us?\nTravel opportunities across multiple states\nPer diem for eligible traveling employees\nCompetitive compensation and benefits\n401(k) with company match\nCareer growth and advancement opportunities\nExposure to large-scale, technically advanced projects\nTeam-focused environment where We Build People\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport Project Managers with daily project planning and execution.\nAssist with project schedules, cost tracking, budgets, and reporting.\nMaintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and drawings.\nCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, clients, and field teams.\nTrack material procurement, deliveries, and project resources.\nMonitor project progress and help identify and resolve issues.\nSupport quality control, safety, and project compliance.\nParticipate in project meetings, site walks, and coordination activities.\nAssist with project closeout and lessons-learned reviews.\nWhat You'll Bring\n1-3 years of experience in industrial mechanical construction, engineering, or project support preferred.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.\nOSHA 30 certification required or willingness to obtain.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.\nUnderstanding of construction scheduling, cost tracking, and project coordination.\nExperience with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software is a plus.\nStrong organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively with field and project teams.\nWillingness and ability to travel frequently and work on projects across multiple states.\nProject Environment\nYou may have the opportunity to work on:\nData Centers\nSemiconductor Facilities\nAdvanced Manufacturing\nIndustrial Facilities\nMission-Critical Projects\nLarge-scale Commercial & Industrial Construction\nLocation: AZ, TX, UT and many more....\nPPE is required on applicable job sites.\nIf you're an experienced Project Manager ready to travel, lead complex projects, and build what’s next, we want to connect.\nMultiple states.
