This role will lead planning across our global manufacturing network, build scalable planning infrastructure and processes, and drive alignment between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and manufacturing partners.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end planning process, from demand planning through production and supply planning.\nBuild and continuously improve the planning infrastructure, including tools, automated processes, workflows, data, dashboards, and planning routines.\nLead planning across three Contract Manufacturing partners on three continents.\nDevelop executable global production plans that balance demand, capacity, inventory, lead times, and business priorities.\nProactively identify supply chain risks and drive mitigation plans for shortages, long lead times, capacity constraints, allocations, and demand changes.\nPartner closely with Sales to translate customer commitments and commercial priorities into realistic operational plans.\nOwn and lead the S&OP process, aligning Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other key stakeholders.\nEstablish KPIs and management routines covering demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and operational risks.\nWork closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and external CMs to ensure alignment between planning and execution.\nDrive continuous improvement in planning processes, systems, automation, and data quality.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations Planning within a complex manufacturing environment.\nExperience managing planning across multiple global Contract Manufacturers.\nProven experience building planning processes and infrastructure from the ground up.\nStrong experience managing complex and changing supply chain constraints.\nExperience partnering with Sales and translating commercial demand into operational plans.\nExperience owning or leading an S&OP process.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to translate data into clear business decisions and independently drive execution.\nHands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.\nAdvantage\nExperience in high-tech hardware or electronics manufacturing.\nExperience implementing planning automation or data-driven planning solutions.\nExperience with ERP implementation or optimization.\nExperience in a rapidly scaling global
