Our work is fueled by a deep understanding of customer needs, enabling us to deliver unparalleled solutions in this revolutionary field.\nWe are looking for aMechanical Engineer who embodies ambition and positivity, takes ownership, and collaborates effectively with remote teams to not only meet but exceed our objectives while addressing the evolving needs of our growing customer base.\nThe hardware development team spans two global sites - one in Tel Aviv and one in Copenhagen. The two teams collaborate seamlessly across projects, fostering open communication, creativity, and commitment. The hardware team is responsible for all hardware at QM, spanning from room-temperature control hardware to our cryogenic QPU carriers.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end mechanical design process for a variety of product lines.\nDesign and develop hardware assemblies, heat-sinks, pannels for electronic circuits.\nDesign and develop hardware assemblies for test and measurement equipment, ensuring manufacturability and smooth integration of electrical components.\nPrototype and iterate including 3D printing, fast prototyping and hands-on adjustments to refine designs before full-scale manufacturing.\nCollaborate with external manufacturers and suppliers to ensure high-quality production.\nWork closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicists, mechanical engineers, electronics engineers, and project managers.\nFocus on execution within assigned projects, taking ownership while remaining self-driven and proactive.\nContribute to the team’s innovation and problem-solving through active participation and collaboration.\nRequirements\nBA or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\nProficiency in SolidWorks, including PLM.\nExperience with box building and industrial R&D.\nExpertise in 3D printing for rapid prototyping and iteration.\nKnowledge of CE and other certification processes is an advantage.\nExperience with Thermal analysis with Icepack is an advantage.\nCreative problem-solver who can quickly generate and validate new concepts.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex designs.\nSelf-motivated, able to work independently and drive projects forward while maintaining focus on deadlines.\nTeam-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and open communication.\nActively engaged in team dynamics, contributing ideas and support to colleagues.\nEnglish: Professional working proficiency.\nDanish: Advantageous but not
