Our work is fueled by a deep understanding of customer needs, driving us to deliver unparalleled solutions in this revolutionary field.\nWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our Procurement team.\nThe Purchasing Specialist will support both direct and indirect procurement activities, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely purchasing, material availability, and efficient procurement processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the end-to-end purchasing process, from RFQ to Purchase Order and delivery.\nSupport global procurement activities for both production materials (electronic components, mechanical parts, PCBs, cables, etc.) and indirect categories (services, equipment, office supplies, software, and facilities).\nIssue and manage Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.\nRequest quotations, compare commercial offers, and support supplier negotiations.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in Israel and abroad.\nWork closely with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.\nMonitor open purchase orders and proactively resolve supply issues.\nMaintain accurate procurement data in the ERP system.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating material availability.\nAssist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and procurement reporting.\nKey Requirements\n 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or operations.\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field - an advantage.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood Excel & PowerPoint skills.\nExperience working with ERP systems -
