Ownership (Architecture to Production)\nTake ownership of features once system architecture is defined, driving implementation, integration, and validation through to release.\nServe as the accountable owner for assigned features post-release, triaging, reproducing, and resolving customer-reported issues, and looping in architecture only when root cause requires a design change.\nSystem Integration & Technical Leadership\nEnsure proper operation and integration of all software components and their interfaces with logic and validation modules.\nInvestigate and resolve complex system-wide issues and bugs across multiple teams.\nCross-Team Collaboration\nKey stakeholder in defining interface contracts (APIs, protocols, timing/resource constraints) across software, hardware, and RF signal-chain boundaries.\nDrive integration plans, dry runs, and troubleshooting for system-wide features.\nServe as the R&D point of contact for the Customer Support team, providing technical guidance and escalation support on customer-reported issues.\nQuality & Execution Excellence\nChampion clean architecture, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.\nEnsure documentation (design specs, interface definitions, runbooks) is complete and up to date.\nRequirements\nKey Requirements:\nMust-Have\n5+ years of experience in system engineering, with strong hands-on software engineering skills.\nProven track record in system integration and debugging complex, multi-component environments.\nProficiency in at least two programming domains (e.g., Embedded C/C++/Linux, Python, Backend).\nStrong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong English communication skills.\nEducation\nB.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.\nPreferred\nExperience in hardware/software co-design or real-time systems.\nFamiliarity with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and performance profiling.\nFamiliarity with RF or analog signal
