We’re looking for a PPC Lead to join our team in London.\nIn this role you will own paid search and display performance across our iGaming and Rewards brands, managing an external PPC agency while remaining hands-on enough to audit, restructure and optimise accounts directly.\nYou will be highly analytical with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute the PPC strategy for our aggregator brands, ensuring the channel delivers the required volume and ROI across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads\n\nManage the external PPC agency day-to-day, setting strategic direction, auditing account structure and ad copy, and holding performance to Quantum’s targets, not the agency’s defaults\n\nConduct hands-on account audits and restructures directly, with forensic knowledge of campaign architecture, bid strategy, keyword management, Quality Score and tracking implementation\n\nManage account budgets and ensure spend delivery and efficiency are in line with ROAS and CPA targets, making daily optimisation decisions with accuracy\n\nBuild and own a test-and-learn roadmap across keyword strategy, match types, ad copy, landing page alignment and audience targeting, and implement robust testing processes that produce repeatable improvements\n\nMonitor competitor PPC activity to understand the market and identify opportunities to improve our position within it\n\nProvide regular reporting and analysis, keeping stakeholders up to date with performance and translating data into clear commercial insight\n\nAbout You\nEstablished in a hands-on PPC role, with proven experience owning and optimising significant monthly budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads\n\nForensic knowledge of campaign architecture, bid strategy, keyword structure, Quality Score, ad copy testing and tracking implementation including Google Tag Manager and GA4\n\nExperience managing or closely overseeing an external PPC agency, with a track record of holding agency output to a high standard and knowing when to push back\n\nAble to conduct deep-dive account audits and restructures independently, not just review agency work\n\nProfit-focused and KPI driven, fluent in ROAS, CPA, CTR and CVR, and comfortable making data-led decisions at pace\n\nStrong reporting skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience of data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio\n\nKnowledge of pixel and conversion tracking implementation, attribution modelling and analytics software\n\nExperience in iGaming, affiliate, comparison or another regulated, high-intent vertical is advantageous\n\nOpenness to building an in-house PPC function over time as the channel grows\n\nYou thrive when working as part of a team\n\nComfortable in a fast-paced environment\n\nHave excellent written and verbal English skills\n\nLast but not least, you’ll have no ego!\n\nWhat You’ll Get\nPrivate Health Care (Bupa)\n\nHybrid Working (3 days in office)\n\nTravel Insurance\n\nCompetitive Base Salary\n\nCompany Bonus Scheme\n\nPaid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)\n\nMarket-Leading Training Programme\n\nRecognition & Reward Scheme\n\nAnnual Company Conference\n\nRegular Happy Hours & Team Lunches\n\nFree Coffee, Drinks & Snacks\n\nWhat’s the next step?\n Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
