In addition to our corporate office, we have physical locations in Aberdeen, MD; Colorado Springs, CO; Crestview FL; and Tupelo, MS\n\nMISSION:\n\nQuantum Research Intl is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer intermediate level to develop, create, maintain, and write/code new (or modifies existing) computer applications, software, or specialized utility programs. This position is available immediately at National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) Campus East (NCE) in Springfield, VA.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAutomate the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to the fullest extent.\nDevelop custom tools and dashboards, including executive data visualizations in Tableau, to support and enhance system continuous monitoring efforts.\nLead intermediate-level developers to success.\nAct as a customer-facing representative engaging with key stakeholders.\nServe as a Frontend Designer to develop and design application interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.\nWrite, develop, and deploy robust code across the full stack, utilizing languages such as Python.\nDevelop, integrate, and maintain databases to support backend application requirements.\nCommunicate effectively with all levels of personnel, both technical and non-technical.\nAnalyze information to determine, recommend, and plan the development of a new application or modification of an existing application.\nAnalyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.\nApply coding and testing standards, apply security testing tools including \"'fuzzing\" static-analysis code scanning tools, and conduct code reviews.\nApply secure code documentation.\nCapture security controls used during the requirements phase to integrate security within the process, to identify key security objectives, and to maximize software security while minimizing disruption to plans and schedules.\nCompile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.\nConfer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design application and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.\nConsult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software.\nCorrect errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that desired results are produced.\nDesign, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.\nDevelop secure code and error handling.\nEvaluate factors such as reporting formats required, cost constraints, and need for security restrictions to determine hardware configuration.\nIdentify basic common coding flaws at a high level.\n\nRequirements:\nS/SCI eligible, subject to CI Polygraph\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar technical field. In lieu of degree, CSSLP or GSEC and experience may be accepted.\nAbility to demonstrate a deep knowledge of software development and showcase a high level of understanding.\nAbility to design and develop continuous monitoring tools and dashboards, analyzing and visualizing complex data using Tableau (or similar tools) and other technologies.\nAbility to operate effectively as a Full Stack Developer using Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.\nAbility to build interactive user interfaces using React and design robust database structures.\nMust possess RMF knowledge upon hire.\nAbility to tailor code analysis for application-specific concerns.\nAbility to use and understand complex mathematical concepts (e.g., discrete math).\nAbility to develop secure software according to secure software deployment methodologies, tools, and practices.\nAbility to apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality,
