Run ad hoc ERP queries to identify transaction and funding document details. Use Project Structures (PS) and Funds Management (FM) modules.\nClosely coordinate with program and financial management teams to ensure the timely receipt and acceptance (R&A) of G-Invoices using the ERP Fiori Hub and SAP Business Workflow. Review purchase requests and purchase orders.\nPrepare reports using Microsoft Excel and ensure format and formula data integrity.\nImplement and maintain financial management plans and procedures and review execution documents/reports for accuracy and completeness in accordance with those procedures.\nMaintain physical and electronic files of sponsored activity monthly financial reports, funding document acceptances, and obligating documents to facilitate efficient and timely application of financial resources.\nWork with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is coordinated, remediating items not provided in a timely manner or in the prescribed format.\nDrive efficiencies, perform data analytics, provide useful metrics, increase data visibility, and recommend process improvements to financial management procedures.\nAssist in preparation of responses to Congressional inquiries and Congressional Staffer briefs.\nAssist the government BFM in responding to internal and external audits.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and 3+ years of experience working with Navy ERP in financial management. Five years of directly related experience may be substituted for degree.\nStrong understanding of Navy financial management processes and regulations, including tracking of multiple budget expenditures, obligations, and execution.\nSolid Microsoft Excel skills for financial tracking of large datasets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization tools, and macros.\nKnowledge of Navy acquisition and Navy Working Capital Fund budget processes including the use of funding appropriations and Government accounting principles and tools.\nExcellent communication skills (written and oral); able to effectively collaborate with Government customers, Industry partners, and associates at all levels\nHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, web-based applications, and databases\nDesired:\nFormer DOD (military or civilian) experience\nLocation:\nWork location is 100% on government site, Full-time or Part-time employment. Limited local travel may be required (Clearance:\nActive TS clearance with access to SCI as reported in DISS (must have current Tier-5)\nAbout Quantum Sky\nCompensation:\nCompensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $115,000-$125,000.
