This individual will help manage day-to-day program activities, coordinate with internal teams, sub-contractors, and government customers, to ensure projects and deliverables stay on track.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, able to work independently, communicate effectively, and takes ownership of their work. We're looking for someone who can manage competing priorities, anticipate challenges, and keep teams aligned while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.\nThis is a fully remote position with up to 10% domestic travel.\nResponsibilities:\nManage daily program activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure customer commitments are met.\nCoordinate with federal customers, internal teams, and external partners to support successful program execution.\nTrack program performance, identify potential risks, and help resolve issues before they impact delivery.\nPrepare program management reports, customer updates, meeting materials, and executive briefings.\nLead program meetings, document action items, and follow through to ensure timely completion.\nWork closely with technical, contracts, finance, and leadership teams to support program objectives.\nMaintain accurate program documentation and ensure compliance with contract requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall program efficiency.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nMinimum of 5 years of program or project management experience.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations, and customer-facing materials.\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on commitments.\nStrong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.\nAbility to travel domestically up to 10%.\nDesired:\nCurrent Public Trust designation or active Secret security clearance is highly desired.\nExperience supporting Federal Civilian agencies or government contracts.\nFamiliarity with federal contracting, program deliverables, and customer reporting requirements.\nPMP certification or other relevant project management credentials are a plus.\nAbout the Role:\nSuccess in this position comes down to strong execution, clear communication, and attention to detail. The salary range for this position is typically between $100,000-$150,000.
