The Software Developer must possess an in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel, formatting and processing large data files, and using various types of scripts. Requires high degree of competence in analyzing functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities.\nResponsibilities:\nTranslates detailed design into computer software. \nTests, debugs, and refines the computer software to generate the required software enhancements and system components. \nPrepares both program-level and user-level documentation. \nEnhances software and database queries to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. \nMay provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.\nConverts legacy media into digitized formats to enable upload onto digital telephony collection system.\nFamiliar with SAML/OAUTH authentication models utilizing various IDP providers (i.e., ADFS, SAML aware applications)\nProficient with JavaScript (i.e., Node, Sencha, jQuery).\nFamiliar integrating front-end applications with MySQL (i.e., stored procedures, triggers, CRUD).\nFull-stack development capabilities.\nDevelop and deploy docker containers.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nB.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.\n\nMust have four to eight years or more of technical experience as an applications programmer on computer and database management systems. \nSpecifically, must have five or more years of experience with high level programming languages (C#, .Net and Blazor preferred), Windows based OS (Windows 10 and higher is preferred), Microsoft Visual Studio (2019 version or higher), and ASCII interfaces. \nRequires knowledge and experience with: media file types including WAV, MP3 and MP4; XML, JSON, and BSON documents; and, NoSQL and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).\nClearance:\nTS/SCI Clearance Required\nLocation:\nQuantico, VA (onsite)\nAbout Quantum Sky\nCompensation:\nCompensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $160,000-$175,000.
