We build fast and iterate quickly.\nWho We’re Looking For\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to support inventory control, material management, and production operations for our Ranger spacecraft program at our Tulsa manufacturing center. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing the flow of flight and non-flight materials, and ensuring components are properly received, stored, tracked, and delivered to support spacecraft production.\nYou will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining stockroom operations, kitting processes, inventory controls, and material traceability as our Tulsa facility transitions into rate production. Working closely with manufacturing, production control, supply chain, and quality teams, you will help ensure the right materials are available at the right time, with the proper documentation and traceability required for mission-critical spacecraft hardware.\nThis position is ideal for an inventory professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and enjoys building efficient processes that support reliable production operations.\nWhere You’ll Make an Impact\nReceive, inspect for damage, label, and put away incoming material in the ERP/MRP system\nMaintain a controlled stockroom for flight hardware, including segregation of nonconforming, quarantined, and shelf-life-limited material\nKit parts to work orders and deliver complete, verified kits to the production floor on schedule\nPerform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and drive root cause on inventory errors\nMaintain lot, serial, and certification traceability for flight hardware\nIssue, transfer, and return material in the ERP system and keep transactions current\nManage consumables, hardware, and shop supplies with min/max replenishment\nSupport physical layout, labeling, and 5S of stockroom and point-of-use storage\nReport shortages, aging inventory, and risks to production control and supply chain\nWhat It Takes\nHigh school diploma or equivalency certificate\n2+ years of experience in inventory control, stockroom, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment\nExperience with an ERP/MRP system for inventory transactions\nNice-to-Have Experience\nExperience with aerospace or defense inventory control, including serialized and lot-controlled flight hardware\nExperience setting up a new stockroom, kitting process, or warehouse\nExperience with cycle count programs and inventory accuracy improvement\nExperience with barcode and label systems and handheld scanners\nForklift certification\nFamiliarity with AS9100, FOD control, and ESD handling requirements\nStrong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and ERP reports\nSelf-directed and organized, able to keep many open items moving at once\nWhat You’ll Get\nOwnership - Take responsibility for inventory accuracy, material control, and stockroom operations supporting the Ranger spacecraft program, ensuring critical components are properly tracked and available for production\nInnovation - Help establish and improve inventory management systems, stockroom processes, and material handling practices that support efficient, scalable spacecraft manufacturing\nImpact - Play a direct role in ensuring the availability, traceability, and timely delivery of mission-critical spacecraft components supporting national security, civil, and commercial space missions\nGrowth - Join a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing team where you can expand your inventory management expertise, develop new processes, and help support the growth of our Tulsa production facility\n Compensation - Competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, generous leave, HSA, 401(k) matching, and equity participation.\nLocation: Tulsa, OK \nBase Salary: $21-27 per hour \nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors.
