Responsibilities\n Lead and manage end-to-end TRIRIGA implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.\n\n Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.\n\n Oversee project planning, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.\n\n Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and ensure functional/technical alignment between business needs and TRIRIGA capabilities.\n\n Manage and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies as required.\n\n Coordinate with functional consultants, technical developers, testers, and integration teams for successful project delivery.\n\n Conduct status meetings, executive updates, and project reporting for stakeholders.\n\n Ensure projects adhere to Quantum Strides delivery standards, IBM best practices, and client expectations.\n\n Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 5+ years in IWMS/IBM TRIRIGA projects.\n\n Strong expertise in TRIRIGA functional modules such as Lease Administration, Space Management, Operations & Maintenance, Capital Projects, and Energy Management.\n\n Proven experience in TRIRIGA upgrades, migrations, and enterprise deployments.\n\n Hands-on experience managing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\n\n Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage executives and technical teams.\n\n Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).\n\n PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification preferred.\n\n Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
