environments\n\nIntegrate AI models into onboard systems\n\nCollaborate with other software and hardware teams to ensure robust end-to-end performance\n\nResearch and apply state-of-the-art deep learning methods in computer vision\n\nWhat you bring to the team:\n\n3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on computer vision\n\nProven experience in object detection/tracking using models like YOLO, SSD, or custom CNNs\n\nProficiency in Python, C++, PyTorch or TensorFlow\n\nExperience with real-time video processing and optimization techniques (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX, pruning, quantization)\n\nSolid understanding of data annotation, augmentation, and training workflows\n\nFamiliarity with embedded/edge AI deployments (e.g., Jetson Xavier, Orin)\n\nExperience working with aerial/surveillance imagery or geospatial data is a strong plus\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field\nNice to Have:\n\nKnowledge of GStreamer, OpenCV, or similar real-time streaming frameworks\n\nFamiliarity with UAVs, drone flight control, or defense technologies\n\nUnderstanding of object re-identification or multi-target tracking\nWhy
