decisions.\n\nWhat you bring to the team:\n\n5+ years of professional experience in backend development with a strong focus on real-time systems.\n\nProficiency in Rust and C++, with a solid understanding of modern software development practices.\n\nExperience in building and optimizing backend architectures for distributed systems.\n\nFamiliarity with network protocols, multithreading, and low-latency data processing.\n\nKnowledge of system architecture design, performance optimization, and resource management.\n\nAbility to work independently, solve complex technical problems, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.\nNice-to-Have:\n\nExperience in robotics, swarm control, or sensor integration.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms, Docker, or Kubernetes for scalable
