This role provides hands-on experience in technical documentation while contributing to day-to-day documentation activities, including drafting and updating end-user content, maintaining visuals, reviewing existing documentation, and tracking documentation impacts.\nThe selected candidate will work closely with the Technical Writer and regularly collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to gather information and identify documentation needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nDraft and update end-user and application instructional documentation under the review and guidance of the Technical Writer.\nUpdate and maintain screenshots, diagrams, and other visual assets as products and interfaces change.\nAttend relevant product and engineering meetings to capture notes and identify documentation-impacting changes.\nHelp maintain and triage the documentation backlog by identifying what has changed, what documentation is affected, and what follow-up is required.\nReview existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and outdated content.\nWork with product and engineering stakeholders to gather information and clarify details that are not readily documented.\nSupport documentation-related tracking, organization, and maintenance activities as needed.\nFollow established documentation, style, and formatting guidelines consistently.\nLearn and apply technical writing practices within a software development environment.\nMinimum Qualifications\nFluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly desirable and considered an added advantage.\nStrong written communication skills and attention to detail.\nInterest in technical writing, UX writing, developer documentation, or a related field.\nInterest in software products and the software development lifecycle.\nCuriosity and willingness to learn and dig into unfamiliar product areas.\nAbility to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.\nAbility to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to follow established style and formatting guidelines consistently\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior exposure to writing documentation in Markdown.\nExperience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Git.\nExperience with structured writing or content management.\nBasic understanding of software development or product development workflows.\nJoin us to drive innovation and shape the future of technology!\nHow to Apply:\nAre you ready to embark on an exciting journey with QuantumGate?
