From infrastructure as code and Kubernetes to CI/CD, GitOps, observability, and security, you will help create a modern, scalable platform that allows engineers to ship software faster while maintaining high standards for reliability, security, and operational excellence.\nThis role combines Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and DevOps practices, treating the engineering platform as a product with a strong focus on automation, self-service, and developer experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and Operate the Engineering Platform\nDesign, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure supporting development, testing, staging, and production environments.\nBuild and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms for scalable application deployment.\nDefine and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (or equivalent IaC technologies).\nContinuously improve platform scalability, resilience, availability, and operational efficiency.\nEnable Modern Software Delivery\nDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated build, testing, security validation, and deployment.\nImplement GitOps-based deployment workflows using tools such as ArgoCD.\nSupport progressive deployment strategies including blue/green, canary, and automated rollback.\nImprove software delivery through automation and standardized engineering workflows.\nDrive Reliability and Observability\nImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing across the platform.\nDefine operational standards, service reliability objectives, and performance metrics.\nParticipate in troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis to continuously improve platform reliability.\nBuild Security into the Platform\nImplement platform security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.\nManage identity, authentication, authorization, secrets, and access management.\nIntegrate security controls into the SDLC through automated policy enforcement, vulnerability scanning, and infrastructure hardening.\nCollaborate Across Engineering\nWork closely with software engineers, architects, QA, and cloud specialists to improve engineering productivity.\nProvide internal tooling and self-service capabilities that simplify application deployment and operations.\nSupport architecture discussions to ensure platform capabilities align with product and application requirements.\nContribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices across the organization.\nRequirements\nStrong experience designing and operating cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies such as Docker.\nExperience building and maintaining production CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Tekton, or similar.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.\nStrong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.\nExperience with Git and modern software development workflows.\nKnowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.\nStrong understanding of infrastructure, networking, storage, and cloud architecture.\nExperience implementing infrastructure and platform security best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\nNice to Have\nGitOps technologies such as ArgoCD.\nHelm, Tekton, or similar platform tooling.\nIdentity and Access Management technologies including Keycloak, OAuth2/OIDC, or SAML.\nConfiguration management tools such as Ansible.\nService Mesh technologies and API gateways.\nExperience operating highly available distributed systems.\nKnowledge of confidential computing, secure boot, platform integrity, or attestation technologies.\nFamiliarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).\nJoin us to drive innovation and shape the future of technology!\nHow to Apply:\nAre you ready to embark on an exciting journey with QuantumGate?
