This role involves executing comprehensive test activities, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the stability and reliability of our solutions through robust validation techniques and automation practices.\nYou’ll work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to post-release validation, ensuring our solutions meet both functional and non-functional expectations.\nDesign & Development\nCollaborate with the product team to understand requirements and define test parameters.\nDesign and maintain test plans and customized test cases for cloud-based, web, desktop, and mobile applications.\nExecute manual and automated test cases and ensure traceability to requirements.\nMaintain test documentation, logs, and test result reports.\nAutomation & CI/CD\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks (e.g. robot framework)\nUse Java, JavaScript, or Python to create and adapt reusable automation components.\nWork closely with DevOps to integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).\nPerform regression, integration, and compatibility tests automatically and continuously across environments.\nMobile QA (Android & iOS)\nConduct quality assurance and performance testing of Android and iOS applications using real devices and emulators.\nEvaluate mobile app behavior under various conditions (e.g., low memory, poor connectivity).\nCheck for issues such as memory leaks, responsiveness, excessive battery usage, and UI/UX inconsistencies.\nUnderstand the intricacies of mobile OS versions and hardware variations and adapt testing accordingly.\nNon-Functional & Cross-Platform Testing\nPerform compatibility, performance, usability, and reliability testing where needed.\nValidate application behavior across multiple platforms and browsers.\nSimulate real-world usage scenarios to ensure robust user experiences.\nCollaboration & Communication\nWork closely with developers and product teams to identify, track defects efficiently.\nProvide clear, concise issue reporting and status updates to relevant stakeholders.\nDeliver training or demos to product owners and business stakeholders when needed.\nMaintain clear QA documentation and actively contribute to continuous process improvements.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\n9+ years of experience in QA across various technologies and delivery models.\nFluency in English (written and spoken).\nStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle.\nProven experience testing mobile, web, and desktop applications.\nSkilled in using Jira, XRay, or similar QA and issue tracking tools.\nSolid hands-on experience with at least one automation tool/framework.\nProgramming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python.\nComfortable working independently and handling high-complexity tasks with minimal supervision.\nJoin us to drive innovation and shape the future of technology!\nHow to Apply:\nAre you ready to embark on an exciting journey with QuantumGate?
