As the technical lead for customer implementations, you will translate business requirements into secure, scalable architectures while ensuring successful deployments, seamless integrations, and an exceptional customer experience.\nYou will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams-including Product, Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Success-to deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign end-to-end solution architectures based on customer business and technical requirements.\nAssess customer infrastructure, including networks, cloud environments, identity platforms, and security architecture, to ensure deployment readiness.\nLead software installation, configuration, deployment, testing, and production rollouts.\nIntegrate QuantumGate solutions with enterprise systems such as IAM, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, SIEM platforms, databases, and REST APIs.\nTroubleshoot complex deployment and integration issues, coordinating with internal engineering teams when required.\nProduce solution designs, deployment guides, implementation documentation, and operational handover materials.\nServe as the primary technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery through post-go-live support.\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve product capabilities based on customer feedback.\nMentor implementation engineers and contribute to technical best practices and deployment standards.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5-8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Professional Services, Systems Engineering, or Enterprise Infrastructure.\nExperience designing and deploying enterprise software solutions in complex customer environments.\nStrong understanding of enterprise networking, security, and infrastructure technologies.\nHands-on experience with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.\nExperience with REST APIs, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO).\nSolid understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure deployment practices.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and customer-facing consulting skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with cross-functional teams.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Zero Trust architectures and enterprise cybersecurity platforms.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized deployments.\nFamiliarity with SIEM, monitoring, and observability platforms.\nCertifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, Security+, or ITIL.\nWhat We Offer:\nOpportunity to shape the future of cybersecurity in a high-impact venture.\nCollaborative, mission-driven culture with deep technical talent.\nCompetitive compensation, benefits and relocation assistance (if applicable)\nExposure to cutting-edge technologies and strategic partnerships.\nJoin us to drive innovation and shape the future of technology!\nHow to Apply:\nAre you ready to embark on an exciting journey with QuantumGate?
