This is a hybrid role that combines business analysis with project coordination. You will help translate business requirements into actionable work, support product delivery, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external clients. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across operations, product delivery and client-facing work in a fast-moving AI startup.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nGather, document and analyse business and user requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients.\n-Support the coordination of product implementations, onboarding and go-lives for new clients.\nMaintain and update project plans, trackers and status reports, flagging risks and blockers early.\nAssist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria and work items in Azure DevOps.\nLiaise between engineering, product and client-facing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.\nHelp produce client-facing documentation including release notes, user guides and training materials.\nSupport CRM and ticket management workflows using tools such as HubSpot and Azure DevOps.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives across operations and delivery.\nAttend client calls and internal stand-ups, capturing actions and following up on outcomes.\nRequirements\nESSENTIAL\n0-2 years of experience in a business analysis, project coordination or operations support role (internships and placements count).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills - you can translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly language.\nOrganised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.\nFamiliarity with project management or issue-tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or Trello.\nComfortable working with data - able to read spreadsheets, spot patterns and summarise findings.\nA collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.\nComfortable working remotely and aligning to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST).\nDESIRABLE\nExperience working in a software, SaaS or technology company.\nFamiliarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).\nExperience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.\nUnderstanding of product development lifecycles and stakeholder management.\nExperience producing user-facing documentation, guides or training materials.\nLOGISTICS\nEducation: We value skills and experience over formal qualifications.\nWorking arrangements: Fully remote from India, aligned to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST).\nStart date: Flexible.\nBenefits\nWHAT WE OFFER\nCompetitive package depending on experience\nPotential share options\nProfessional development including conference attendance and CPD support\nThe opportunity to work across operations, product delivery and client management at one of the UK's fastest-growing healthtech companies\nRemote working with a collaborative, supportive team\nHands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle in an AI startup\nHOW WE ARE DIFFERENT\nAt QuantumLoopAI, you will join a team that is building AI-powered products used by hundreds of organisations across the UK.
