The role involves building scalable mobile and web applications for public health and governance platforms. The ideal candidate should actively use AI coding assistants in day-to-day development and apply sound engineering judgment to validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.\n\n- Build reusable, responsive, and accessible UI components and application workflows.\n\n- Develop and maintain web interfaces using React.js.\n\n- Integrate applications with REST APIs and troubleshoot frontend, mobile, and backend issues.\n\n- Own features end-to-end, from understanding requirements and solution design to development, testing, and release.\n\n- Use AI coding tools for implementation, debugging, testing, refactoring, code reviews, and documentation.\n\n- Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and follow engineering best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience : \n\n1. Flutter / Mobile Development : \n\n- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.\n\n- Experience with state management patterns, preferably BLoC.\n\n- Knowledge of pub.dev, Flutter packages, and dependency management.\n\n- Experience with local storage solutions such as SQLite.\n\n- Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests for Flutter applications.\n\n- Ability to debug, maintain, and enhance existing Flutter codebases.\n\n2. React.js : \n\n- Hands-on experience developing web interfaces using React.js.\n\n- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.\n\n- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, React Query, or custom hooks.\n\n- Understanding of reusable components and frontend design patterns.\n\n- Familiarity with NPM and dependency management.\n\n3. Backend and API Integration : \n\n- Experience building or integrating REST APIs.\n\n- Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.\n\n- Understanding of API contracts, authentication, authorization, and SQL/NoSQL databases.\n\n- Ability to troubleshoot backend issues affecting mobile and web application workflows.\n\n4. AI-Native Development : \n\n- Daily, hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.\n\n- Ability to use AI tools for coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.\n\n- Strong judgment in reviewing and validating AI-generated code before release.\n\n- Exposure to LLM APIs, RAG, or agentic AI frameworks is an advantage.\n\n5.
