Master degree in Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar\nAt least three to five years professional experience in a similar position in a company / startup.\nExpert knowledge and hands-on experience in semiconductor packaging.\nGood knowledge of the fundamentals of photoacoustics and optics.\nKnowledge of MEMS microphone parameters and their characterization techniques.\nUnderstanding of computer-driven data evaluations.\nYou are a hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented engineer with intrinsic motivation.\nYou take ownership, communicate clearly and are willing to walk the extra mile.\nA thorough and independent work ethic, reliability, and team spirit.\nAbility to work on-site in Adlershof (no remote work) with an existing work permit for
