That’s where you come in!\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nTool Operation & Processing: Safely and accurately operate cleanroom production equipment.\n\nProcess Execution: Strictly follow established recipes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines to ensure consistent wafer-scale fabrication.\n\nQuality & Monitoring: Monitor tool performance during production runs. Perform basic inspections of the wafers and immediately flag any anomalies, defects, or machine errors to the engineering team.\n\nAccurate Documentation: Log production data, batch records, and tool usage clearly and accurately to maintain full traceability of our products.\n\nCleanroom Maintenance: Help maintain a pristine working environment, ensuring workstations are prepped, materials are stocked, and cleanroom protocols are strictly followed.\n\nYour profile\nYou bring practical experience from a high-precision manufacturing environment and possess the discipline to work independently in an academic cleanroom environment.\n\nExcellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across R&D and production teams.\n\nOrganized & detail-oriented, able to document your work clearly and follow established procedures.\n\nYou are a clear communicator who works well in a team and knows when to escalate issues to the engineers.\n\nDon't tick every box?
