Should have managed team size ranging from 40 - 100 employees.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, or Scala.\n\n- Hands-on experience with data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).\n\n- Strong knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, APIs, and data modeling.\n\n- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) and advanced analytics/ML frameworks.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Strong client-facing and communication skills.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.\n\n- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.\n\nMust Haves : \n\n- Drive and energy to work hard and achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment.\n\n- Be a consultant to our clients. Think out-of-the-box solutions to help clients in solving their business problems.\n\n- Passion towards learning is a must.
