Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:\n\n- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative guidance and ensuring expectations are met.\n\n- Drive business growth by building trusted relationships with client stakeholders through regular updates, workshops, and solution demonstrations.\n\n3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:\n\n- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.\n\n- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.\n\n4. Continuous Improvement:\n\n- Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes, frameworks, and methodologies.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\n- Education: MBAs/Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering.\n\n- Experience: 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI data engineering services delivery, preferably in a client services driven environment. Should have managed team size ranging from 40 - 100 employees.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\n- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, or Scala.\n\n- Hands-on experience with data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).\n\n- Strong knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, APIs, and data modeling.\n\n- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) and advanced analytics/ML frameworks.\n\nSoft Skills:\n\n- Strong client-facing and communication skills.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.\n\n- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.\n\nMust Haves:\n\n- Drive and energy to work hard and achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment.\n\n- Be a consultant to our clients. Think out-of-the-box solutions to help clients in solving their business problems.\n\n- Passion towards learning is a must.
