We are a mission-driven, high-velocity team building dual-use technology for defense agencies, coast guards, and commercial maritime operators.\nJob Description\nWe are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design and release hardware for Quartermaster’s Smartmast systems and related marine products. This role focuses on marine electromechanical hardware for harsh outdoor environments, especially enclosures, mounting systems, cable integration, and production-ready design.\nThe right candidate has strong experience with marine electronics or comparable outdoor electromechanical systems and can work effectively on short R&D timelines while delivering hardware that is reliable, manufacturable, and ready to scale.
