of product decisions within your area of responsibility, balancing business value, user experience, technical feasibility, and long-term sustainability.\n\nUnderstand the needs of different clients and stakeholders, translating business challenges into actionable product opportunities.\n\nPrioritise product features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business impact, customer needs, and engineering capacity.\n\nDefine success metrics and use data, feedback, and insights to drive continuous product improvement.\n\nIdentify opportunities to standardise and scale solutions across multiple clients while accommodating specific business requirements.\n\nProduct Development & Delivery\nWork closely with software developers, DevOps engineers, and Architecture teams throughout the product development lifecycle.\n\nTranslate product requirements into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nOwn and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities and requirements are clearly communicated and understood.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.\n\nValidate delivered functionality against business requirements and ensure solutions meet user expectations.\n\nBalance new feature development, technical debt, innovation, and ongoing product maintenance.\n\nAI, Innovation & Continuous Improvement\nActively identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve internal products and business processes.\n\nApply AI tools and technologies to enhance product discovery, requirements analysis, decision-making, and day-to-day productivity.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering to explore AI-powered capabilities and assess their potential business value.\n\nPromote experimentation, continuous learning, and a culture of innovation.\n\nStakeholder Management & Collaboration\nAct as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical technologies, and evolving organisational needs.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll bring\nEssential Skills & Experience\nPrevious experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role within a software development environment.\n\nGood understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern software delivery practices.\n\nHands-on experience using AI-powered tools, with the ability to identify meaningful use cases and understand their opportunities and limitations.\n\nAbility to translate business needs into structured product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate options and make informed product decisions.\n\nA customer-focused mindset and a genuine interest in understanding user needs and delivering value.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical tools, AI integrations, or AI-powered product features.\n\nExperience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitLab.\n\nFamiliarity with product discovery techniques, prototyping, and data-driven product management.\n\nProduct Owner or Agile
