This role offers hands-on exposure to recruiting, campus recruiting, event planning, and human resources, while providing valuable professional development opportunities within a healthcare organization.\nInternship Benefits:\nCompetitive pay \nNetworking and team-building opportunities \nWeek-long intern retreat in Madison, Wisconsin (June 1-4, 2027) \nPersonality and productivity workshops, including DiSC and Working Genius \nDedicated intern buddy and mentorship support \nMock interview and résumé development workshops \nJob shadowing opportunities \nPaid volunteer experience \nAccess to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) \nResponsibilities\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the coordination and execution of campus recruiting activities and internship program initiatives. \nAssist with candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruiting logistics. \nHelp manage applicant tracking system records and ensure recruiting data is accurate and up to date. \nPartner with recruiters to support candidate sourcing, screening, internal mobility, and talent pipeline development. \nAssist with planning and communication of recruitment events, career fairs, and intern engagement activities. \nSupport onboarding activities and help ensure a positive candidate and intern experience. \nGather and analyze intern program metrics and survey feedback to identify opportunities for program improvement. \nCollaborate with campus recruiting specialist to support specialist projects related to the internship program and/or early in career talent. \nWhat You'll Learn\nThe fundamentals of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition. \nHow organizations attract, engage, and hire top talent. \nBest practices for candidate experience. \nInterview scheduling, recruiting operations, and applicant tracking systems. \nEvent planning and how to represent Quartz at career fairs. \nQuantitative analysis and reporting. \nProfessional communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills. \nInsights into careers within Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. \nQualifications\nTo be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:\nHave a demonstrated interest in Campus Recruiting, Recruiting or Human Resources as a possible career path \nAbility to work 10 to 20 hours per week from January to May and 40 hours per week from June to August, with potential to extend into the fall semester \nGraduating between December 2027 and December 2028 \nMust live within a 1-hour radius of Madison, WI and be willing to travel to headquarters frequently \nAttend the summer intern program kickoff and retreat (June 1-4, 2027), and final intern presentation (Late July/Early August) \nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring work visa sponsorship from Quartz, now or in the future \nHardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.\nWe offer an excellent benefit and compensation package, opportunity for career advancement and a professional culture built on the foundations of Respect, Responsibility, Resourcefulness and Relationships.
