$129,000 plus robust benefits package\nResponsibilities\nQuality Assurance Operations & Oversight\nSupervises daily quality assurance activities, including project testing approvals, audits, monitoring, and oversight.\nEstablishes team priorities, assigns work, balances workloads, and ensures quality activities are completed accurately and within established timeframes.\nDevelops and maintains quality assurance processes, processes, standards, and workflows to support consistence execution across Digital Technology Department.\nMonitors quality results and identifies trends, recurring errors, process gaps, and opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service outcomes.\nReviews complex or escalated quality issues and provides guidance to staff on appropriate resolution and documentation.\nMaintains appropriate documentation and audit trails to support internal controls, operational requirements, regulatory reviews, and accreditation activities.\nTeam Leadership & Performance Management\nProvides day-to-day leadership, coaching, direction, and support of Quality Assurance team members.\nEstablishes clear performance expectations and monitors individual and team performance against quality, productivity, accuracy, and testing best practices.\nIdentifies training needs, conducts, regular performance discussions and provides timely feedback, recognition, and developmental guidance.\nParticipates in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and development of Quality Assurance team members.\nQuality Reporting & Communication\nReviews and analyzes quality data, audits results, error trends, and performance metrics to identify areas requiring attention.\nPrepares and communicates quality results, trends, findings, and recommendations to operational leaders and other stakeholders.\nEnsures quality issues and significant trends are appropriately escalated based on established thresholds and business requirements.\nMaintains reporting and tracking mechanisms used to monitor corrective actions, quality improvement activities, and performance against established goals.\nCommunicates quality standards and expectations to operational teams and reinforces consistent application of policies and procedures.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, quality management, public health, or related field with 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, health plan operations, healthcare operations, compliance, auditing, or related fieldOR associate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, quality management, public health, or related field with 6+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, health plan operations, healthcare operations, compliance, auditing, or related field\nOR high school equivalency with 9+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, health plan operations, healthcare operations, compliance, auditing, or related field\n\nIntermediate to advanced knowledge in SQL, analytical software, query tools.\nKnowledge of Quality assurance, quality control, and testing best practices.\nKnowledge of Health insurance operations, regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and documentation practices that support audit readiness.\nWorking knowledge of Quality measurement, root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and continuous improvement methods that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes.\nWorking knowledge of performance management practices, including coaching, employee development, and performance monitoring.\nPrior experience analyzing quality data, performance metrics, and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nPrior experience Using reporting and business tools to analyze performance data and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.\nPrior experience managing priorities, resources, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to lead and motivate teams while maintaining accountability for quality, productivity, accuracy, and service standards.\nAbility to analyze complex information and exercise sound judgment to solve problems and make business decisions.\nAbility to build effective relationships across the organization and communicate complex quality, compliance, and operational concepts to diverse audiences.\nHardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.\nWe offer an excellent benefit and compensation package, opportunity for career advancement and a professional culture built on the foundations of Respect, Responsibility, Resourcefulness and Relationships.
