This position will work closely with technical teams, business partners, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the environment.\nSkills that the Network Administrator will use on a regular basis:\nTroubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nSupporting Windows environments\nCommunication skills and collaboration across teams and with vendors\nBenefits:\nStarting salary based upon skills and experience: $78,800 - $98,500 plus robust benefits package\nResponsibilities\nMaintain Network Infrastructure and Services\nConfigure, administer, and monitor enterprise network systems (routing/switching, firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi)\nImplement and maintain internal and cloud-based network infrastructures according to best practices, security guidelines, policies and procedures.\nAid in the design, built, test, and deployment of new systems, services, and processes to meet ongoing business needs.\nPerform routine maintenance including, updates, patching, backups, snapshots, configuration management, and disaster recovery.\nDevelop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks.\nSupport internal and external cloud infrastructure standards; guide technical decisions by partnering across functions to ensure best practices are developed and followed.\nGeneral Technical Support\nProvide technical expertise for support issues and in aid in troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and recommending and implementing solutions to remediate.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain documentation, diagrams, and procedures for systems and processes.\nWork closely with teammates, vendors, project teams, and management to support projects and initiatives across the enterprise by collaborating, designing, challenging, optimizing, implementing, and enhancing deliverables through their lifecycles.\nSupport audit and compliance activities as needed.\nParticipate in on-call rotation.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information technology field with 2+ years of experience in a network administrator role or equivalentOr associate degree in information technology field with 5+ years of experience in a network administer role or equivalent\nOr high school equivalency with 8+ years of experience in a network administrator role or equivalent\n\nExperience supporting complex IT environments overseeing networks, including planning, developing, installing, maintaining, supporting and optimizing\nEnterprise network experience: including operational knowledge of routing protocols, switch configuration, firewalls, and VPNs, in a QoS environment\nExperience monitoring and managing data and SIP circuits, provisioning and managing SANs/HCI, supporting services in an ITSM framework\nProficiency administering Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP in distributed environment\nKnowledge of cloud infrastructure elements and functions (Azure)\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, working independently, under pressure, and be adaptable to change\nExcellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors\nAbility to work outside of business hours as needed in on-call rotation\nHardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.\nWe offer an excellent benefit and compensation package, opportunity for career advancement and a professional culture built on the foundations of Respect, Responsibility, Resourcefulness and Relationships.
