that all branch activities meet the company’s standards and objectives.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nOversee daily on-site operations and construction activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution.\n\nPlan and coordinate daily production schedules in line with operational requirements.\n\nMonitor daily production activities and ensure that weekly production targets are consistently achieved.\n\nManage and conduct quality control checks to maintain required production standards.\n\nSupervise the maintenance of the plant and ensure equipment remains operational and fit for purpose.\n\nCoordinate staff and operational resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.\n\nIdentify operational challenges and implement timely solutions.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable health and safety standards.\n\nPrepare and communicate relevant operational and production reports to management.\n\nWork closely with relevant teams to improve productivity, quality, and overall branch performance.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nA First Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.\n\nAt least 4 years of relevant work experience.\n\nPrevious experience in the construction or manufacturing sector is required.\n\nProven experience in operations, production, or branch management will be an advantage.\n\nMembership or affiliation with a recognized professional association is an added advantage.\n\nStrong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to
