to the appropriate IT specialist or service provider.\n\nMaintain accurate records of incidents, repairs, maintenance activities, and resolutions.\n\nSupport employees and authorized clients with hardware, software, and network-related issues.\n\nNetwork Security & Data ProtectionImplement and maintain appropriate antivirus, endpoint-security, and network-protection measures.\n\nMonitor network traffic and identify unusual or potentially unauthorized activity.\n\nApply appropriate access controls and security configurations.\n\nPerform regular data backups and verify that backup procedures operate effectively.\n\nSupport data recovery and system restoration activities when required.\n\nKeep systems and network devices updated with relevant security patches.\n\nPromote responsible cybersecurity practices among users.\n\nReport security incidents, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access promptly.\n\nUser Support & TrainingProvide timely and professional technical or Management.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nEducational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.\n\nA degree or specialized training in Network Engineering is particularly desirable.\n\nTechnical RequirementsStrong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Ethernet.\n\nPractical knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, and network cabling.\n\nGood understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.\n\nKnowledge of network security principles, antivirus solutions, access controls, and data-backup practices.\n\nAbility to diagnose and resolve network connectivity and hardware-related problems.\n\nFamiliarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.\n\nRelevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent technical credentials will be an advantage.\n\nPrevious experience in network administration, technical support, or a similar IT role is an advantage.\n\nKey Competencies\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nExcellent
