essential vehicle components, including tyres, brakes, lights, oil, water, and other safety-related systems.\n\nReport mechanical faults, vehicle damage, safety concerns, and maintenance requirements promptly.\n\nEnsure that transported materials remain secure throughout each journey.\n\nFollow approved routes, delivery instructions, traffic regulations, and company safety procedures.\n\nLoad and unload materials safely in accordance with operational instructions.\n\nEnsure that the vehicle carries only authorised materials and remains within applicable loading limits.\n\nMaintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required information.\n\nKeep the assigned truck clean and in good operating condition.\n\nCoordinate with supervisors, site personnel, customers, and other relevant stakeholders during loading and delivery activities.\n\nReport delays, accidents, breakdowns, or other incidents immediately to the appropriate supervisor.\n\nExercise caution when operating the vehicle on construction sites, unpaved roads, and other challenging terrain.\n\nTake reasonable steps to protect company vehicles, materials, equipment, and other assets under the driver’s responsibility.\n\nComply with all applicable road traffic laws and occupational health and safety requirements.\n\nPerform other reasonable duties related to transportation and logistics as assigned by management.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nMust possess a valid DVLA driving licence appropriate for operating the specific tipper truck.\n\nPrevious experience driving tipper trucks, heavy-duty vehicles, or similar commercial vehicles is an advantage.\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of road traffic regulations and safe-driving practices.\n\nAbility to conduct basic vehicle checks and identify potential mechanical or safety issues.\n\nAbility to follow instructions and complete assigned routes and deliveries reliably.\n\nGood knowledge of local roads and routes within Koforidua and surrounding areas is an advantage.\n\nAbility to read and write is an added advantage.\n\nStrong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.\n\nGood communication and
