reports.\nCollaboration: Work closely with other technical staff, sales teams, and management to enhance service quality and improve product reliability.\nQualifications\nEducation: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.\nExperience: 2+ years of proven experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, or field engineering. \nCertifications: Advanced technical certifications related to failure analysis machines are highly advantageous.\nSkills & Competencies\nTechnical Aptitude: Strong ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.\nProblem-Solving: Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills for conducting diagnostic tests and resolving complex issues.\nCommunication: Ability to articulate technical procedures and solutions in simple terms to non-technical clients.\nTime Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks according to urgency and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced
