In this role, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. As a Project Manager, you will ensure each project’s success by facilitating collaboration, communication, and efficiency across teams. This position reports to the Content Program Manager and works closely with the Director of QuaverReady Content and cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of QuaverEd’s educational resources.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Management (Primary Focus):\nServe as the primary liaison for the QuaverReady team, coordinating with team members, department heads, and other departments to manage schedules and deadlines\nProvide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment\nCoordinate with the Production, Art, Audio, and Development teams to set clear expectations and support cross-team collaboration\nManage documents, workflows, and tasks using Asana, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and Slack\nDevelop and maintain process documentation and handbooks\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality\nBuild and maintain strong relationships across teams through excellent verbal and written communication\nServe as quality control, reviewing and approving interactive resources\nSupport additional departmental tasks or projects as needed\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field\n2+ years of experience in project management (experience with Agile project management is a plus)\nKnowledge of CASEL, social and emotional learning, school counseling, classroom teaching, school social work, or pedagogy (a plus)\nTechnical Skills and Attributes:\nProficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Monday\nSkilled in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Slack\nFamiliarity with AI tools, such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude\nTechnical skills in coding (a plus)\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities\nClose attention to detail and adaptability to various tools and processes\nHow to Apply:\nSubmit a cover letter with the heading “Ready Project Manager,” resume, and three references. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote.
