Then you are going to love working at Quavo!\nAbout the role:\nAs a Software QA Engineer at Quavo, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products throughout the entire development lifecycle. You'll go beyond checking boxes against Acceptance Criteria-thinking like an end-user to creatively uncover issues, catching problems as early as the requirements stage, and driving continuous improvement in how we test and deliver software. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Infrastructure, Onboarding, Services, and Client Experience, you'll be an active voice in Agile ceremonies, help maintain compliance with industry regulations, and contribute to a culture of shared knowledge through Confluence. As you grow in this role, you'll become a subject-matter expert on Quavo's products, using that expertise to support release readiness, resolve customer issues, and help guide our clients with confidence.\nThis role is not sponsorship eligible. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship, now or in the future.\nResponsibilities include:\nThoroughly develop and execute test plans that exceed defined Acceptance Criteria. \nEnsure product quality in all areas; e.g., functionality, reliability, performance, UX. \nActive participant in sprint ceremonies; e.g., daily standups, refinement, pointing, retrospectives, etc. \nBe an expert at generating creative ideas to test the product. Think like an end-user. \nTest throughout the entire development life cycle; e.g., finding bugs in requirements \nAdhere to quality and industry regulatory requirements. \nMonitor and Report on project status to help drive release readiness. \nConstantly improving the quality of the software and how to do so efficiently and effectively. \nRegularly contribute to Confluence to facilitate collaboration of knowledge. \nAlways strives to meet goals and deadlines; asking early for help when needed. \nEngages with Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, Onboarding, Services, Product, and Client Experience to drive quality. \nInvestigate customer complaints and product issues.\nEnsure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. \nBecome a Subject Matter Expert of Quavo’s products and develop an in-depth knowledge to help partner with and guide our clients.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in computer science/related field or equivalent industry experience with a proven exemplary track record. \nQuality/Testing Certification \nStrong organizational skills. \nTechnical Aptitude to learn quickly, problem-solve, and self-driven approach. \nMeticulous attention to detail. \nMust work well on a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Not afraid to ask questions.
