Data Analysis is responsible for creating business requirements, data requirements, data mapping, and testing to design and build Data Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Conduct detailed data mapping between source and target systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.\n\n- Build and maintain data models to support business processes, reporting needs, and integration workflows.\n\n- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, analysis, migration, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business logic.\n\n- Develop and execute integration test plans, including functional, data validation, and regression testing.\n\n- Support data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).\n\n- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.\n\n- Document integration flows, data dictionaries, mapping catalogs, and knowledge artifacts.\n\n- Ensure integration security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.\n\nMust-Have Skills : \n\n- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.), or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n- Minimum of 5+ years of data analyst experience.\n\n- 7+ years of SQL experience with a solid understanding of relational databases and normalization.\n\n- 6+ years of Excel experience, including functions and formulas.\n\n- Technical expertise in data modeling, data mart design, and ability to extract data from multiple sources.\n\n- Strong technical writing experience (reports, SOPs) using MS Office, Visio, SharePoint, or similar tools.\n\n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\n- Strong oral and written communication skills.\n\n- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively across multiple projects.\n\n- High attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to client requirements.\n\nNice-to-Have Skills : \n\n- Experience with cloud and big data platforms (AWS, Azure, SQL Server, Data Warehouse, Azure Data Warehousing,
