This includes working with internal stakeholder including but not limited to Traders, COO, Compliance to determine their requirements for trading platforms, controls and risk management systems \nLiase and evaluate offerings from external stakeholders like prime brokers, vendors \nPropose solutions, conduct impact and gap analysis \nElaborate the requirement to concerned team for implementation and validate the high level behaviour \nProject coordination with different teams. Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units \nContinuously seek ways to improve business processes and systems efficiency \nYour present skillset\n5+ years' relevant experience in a business analysis or technical role within a buy side or investment firm\nStrong leadership and project management skills, with the capability to lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyse complex data\nExperience working with or supporting front-office trading applications, along with a good understanding of databases, SQL and Unix commands, would be an advantage.\nAbility to work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nKnowledge of financial markets (specifically APAC region) and varied asset classes is crucial\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
