You will support all data users, contribute to documentation, and ensure data quality.\nProvide first-line support to researchers and traders for data access ad usage\nCollaborate with data engineers to resolve data issues\nOnboard new hires and train them on using data tools and processes efficiently\nManage JIRA workflows, track support requests, and ensure timely resolution of data issues\nContribute to data documentation\nContribute to extending data coverage (live collection and backfills)\nYour present skillset \nA Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field\nExperience in data support, IT helpdesk, or technical support, ideally within finance\nStrong command of Python and data libraries\nProficiency with data systems, pipelines, and APIs\nExperience with JIRA or similar project management tools\nStrong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail\nQRT is an equal opportunity employer.
